Sales and Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a background in the sports and fitness industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health, wellness, and sports, with the ability to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and execute effective marketing initiatives to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, events, referrals, and networking.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate partners, schools, sports clubs, and fitness communities.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Manage social media promotions, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional events.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyse market trends.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Represent the company at sports events, exhibitions, and fitness expos when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Prior experience in the sports, fitness, wellness, or healthcare industry is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Background in sports, fitness, gym management, wellness, or athletic training.

Passion for health, fitness, and customer engagement.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
