Sales / Key Account Executive (FMCG/ Food Manufacturing)

Our esteemed client in the Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales / Key Account Executive to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Sales / Key Account Executive

Location: Lentor (Transport provided from designated pickup locations)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm

Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Transport & Mobile Allowance + KPI-based Performance Incentives + AWS

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.

Oversee the sales cycle, from business development to post-sales support.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise business performance and return on investment.

Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and monitor product visibility and merchandising standards where applicable.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance updates.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

At least Higher Nitec with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within the FMCG or food sector.

Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term business relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an advantage.
