QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Hospitality Industry
At least 5 years of Experience as a Manager in any restaurant.
Fluent in English and Filipino
Reliable and Honest with Strong Leadership Skill.

Developing & Implementing Company Policies
Supervising & Training Employees to Complete Tasks according to Company and Restaurant Standards.
Coordinating with Department Heads to Achieve Organizational Goals in Restaurant. .
Improving Work Processes to Increase Productivity and Reduce Waste/Spoilage
Evaluating Employee Performance by Tracking Key Performance Indicators.
Identifying Opportunities to Increase Revenue or Connect with New Customers.
