Sales Operations Lead

Role Summary:

A Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by improving process efficiency, and sales data accuracy, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to help sales execution run smoothly

This role typically sits between sales, finance, logistics, customer service, and management, helping translate day-to-day sales activity into reliable reporting, forecasting, and operational follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate sales records, opportunity tracking, pipeline data, and customer information.

Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

Help standardize and improve sales processes, workflows, policies, and internal controls.

Coordinate with finance, logistics, customer service, and other departments to support smooth order processing and issue resolution.

Assist with quotes, sales documentation, contracts, order processing, and related commercial paperwork.

Monitor data quality and troubleshoot process or system issues affecting sales productivity.

Maintain internal sales documentation, templates, and process references.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with reports, KPIs, and sales data.

High attention to detail and good organizational ability.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Process improvement mindset.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in order management, quoting, contract support, or sales administration.

Experience supporting commercial teams with documentation, SOPs, and reporting standards.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
