Warehouse Team Leader
About the role
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead daily warehouse operations and staff.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse employees.
Ensure the accurate receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and releasing of products.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts and inventory checks.
Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Verify product quantities and conditions to prevent discrepancies and damages.
Coordinate with other departments regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory concerns.
Ensure that warehouse procedures and safety standards are properly followed.
Prepare and submit daily or periodic warehouse reports.
Train and guide warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, and operational concerns to management.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Pay: Php650.00 - Php700.00 per day
