About the role
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related course (preferred).
At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), and 5S.
Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or shifting schedules when required.
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
