About the role
Production Supervisor Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
Ability to plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and 5S.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
