About the role
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, marketing, or store operations.
Experience in cashiering, sales reporting, and inventory management
Knowledge of social media platforms and online selling tools is an advantage
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Ability to work independently and supervise staff when needed
Flexible and willing to perform additional duties as required
Job Responsibilities
Handle cashiering, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reporting
Manage retail and wholesale sales, both in-store and online
Develop promotions and manage social media content and customer inquiries
Oversee online selling platforms, including product listings and order processing
Monitor inventory levels, receive stocks, and update POS records
Open and close the shop; maintain cleanliness and organization
Supervise staff and prepare schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php600.00 per day
