Store Supervisor | SM City Sucat

About the Role

Ace Hardware Philippines is looking for a Store Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of our SM City Sucat branch. In this role, you will ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, maintain efficient store operations, and develop a high-performing team.

As a Store Supervisor, you will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while ensuring operational excellence across selling, cashiering, inventory, and administrative functions. Working alongside supportive leaders and a collaborative team, you will have opportunities to strengthen your leadership capabilities, contribute to meaningful business goals, and continuously grow your career in retail.

What You Will Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of the store to achieve sales, service, and operational objectives.

Supervise, coach, and develop store associates to improve performance, productivity, and customer experience.

Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives that support business growth and achieve store targets.

Ensure accurate cashiering, treasury, inventory, replenishment, stock transfer, and merchandise management.

Conduct regular store floor inspections to maintain merchandising standards, product availability, cleanliness, and safety.

Manage branch resources, including manpower, merchandise, equipment, and operational supplies, while keeping costs within approved budgets.

Ensure timely submission of HR, Accounting, Merchandising, and other Head Office reports and requirements.

Orient and train new employees on company policies, operational standards, and product knowledge while recommending development opportunities for team members.

Promote compliance with company policies, safety regulations, security procedures, and government standards, including DOLE and fire safety requirements.

Address customer concerns professionally, monitor significant incidents, and work with the team to implement effective resolutions.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in any business-related or relevant field.

At least two (2) years of experience in retail sales operations, including supervisory responsibilities.

Proven ability to lead teams, monitor store performance, and achieve operational goals.

Strong leadership, coaching, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities.

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Personable, self-motivated, service-oriented, and results-driven.

Experience in coaching and developing retail teams.

Demonstrates the potential to grow into a Store Manager role.
