Project Auditor (Architect)

Job Summary
The Project Auditor is responsible for conducting site audits to ensure project compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role works closely with the Design Manager to monitor project quality, identify non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits and project inspections.
Verify compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and SOPs.
Identify non-conformities and document audit findings.
Prepare audit reports with observations, photos, and recommendations.
Coordinate with Technical team to resolve audit findings.
Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely compliance.
Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
Assist in improving quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BS Architecture).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With or without work experience.
Keen observer with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Witty, resourceful, and not easily deceived or influenced.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Willing to conduct frequent site visits.
Preferably owns a motorcycle and can drive (with a valid driver's license).
Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Work Location
Head Office: Tagdalit St. Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City Field Work: Frequent travel to project sites within and outside Metro Manila.
