Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the spa.
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of spa therapists and other staff.
Prepare and manage staff schedules and work assignments.
Ensure high standards of customer service and treatment quality.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Monitor appointments and ensure smooth client flow.
Assist in training and coaching spa staff.
Monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the spa.
Check and monitor inventory of spa supplies and equipment.
Assist in promoting spa services and achieving sales targets.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with the Spa Manager regarding operational concerns and staff performance.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Pay: Php650.00 - Php700.00 per day
Work Location: In person
