Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa.
Lead, supervise, and manage spa therapists, receptionists, and other staff.
Create staff schedules and assign daily work responsibilities.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training.
Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality spa treatments.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational expenses.
Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Prepare and review sales, operational, and performance reports.
Coordinate with management regarding business operations and improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Pay: Php650.00 - Php700.00 per day
Work Location: In person
