Junior Accountant (Open to Fresh Graduates and Entry-Level Applicants)

Responsible for receiving information from other department and providing financial analyses and reports to be submitted to the immediate head for operational performance review and strategizing business direction in terms of investments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Checks and submits purchases reports, expense reports for VAT, and Income Tax report.

2. Prepares reports such as projected and actual Vat and year to date Income Tax.

3. Responsible for preparing compliance tax monitoring as well as observing if taxes are paid on time to prevent penalties.

4. Coordinates to Accounting Operations Supervisor regarding Tax Reports Findings.

5. Responsible for preparing 4DX report by coordinating with the Billing and Collection Supervisor.

6. Monitors and prepares Invoice Monitoring report for audit and internal purposes.

7. Prepares financial analyses such as Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Budget System.

8. Receiving budget reports from department managers and supervisor and prepares Budget Report Analysis

Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in Accounting, or any Business related course

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in the field is preferred but not required."

3. Must be computer literate and proficient in office applications such as document, spreadsheet, and presentation.

4. Must possess experience in handling BIR requirements and government regulatory compliance.Must have background in BIR and government compliance

5. Must have knowledge in tariffs and taxes

6. Must have high level of integrity

7. Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, independent and can work well under minimal supervision

8. Must have high analytical and decision making skills

9. Must have an excellent communication skills, both oral and written

10. Must have strong business sense

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
