About the role
We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our recruitment process, specializing in high-volume hiring for logistics and fleet operations. You will focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified high-volume personnel, such as Trailer drivers, mechanics, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Source drivers and staff via specialized job boards, social media, and industry networks.
Screen applications to verify license types, driving records, and requirements.
Conduct initial interviews via phone and in-person to assess experience.
Partner with fleet managers to identify weekly staffing needs and route priorities.
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications.
Manage the applicant tracking system to keep high-volume candidate data clean and structured.
Facilitate driver onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into safety training and dispatch orientation.
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
