Job Description:
Sales Staff Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers politely
Provide product knowledge and recommendations
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean
Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness
Process returns/exchanges according to store policy
Achieve or support monthly sales targets
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Cashier Responsibilities:
Operate POS machine and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Issue receipts, invoices, or change to customers
Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of shift
Safeguard store funds and follow cash handling procedures
Report any price discrepancies or POS issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Preferably with experience in retail fashion industry and POS operation
With good communication and customer service skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Work Location: In person
