Finance Supervisor

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and effective management of budgeting, cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls. The role supervises finance staff and supports management in financial planning and decision-making. SSalary+1

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

Supervise daily finance and accounting operations.

Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to optimize liquidity.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Accounts Management

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Ensure timely collections and vendor payments.

Monitor aging reports and resolve outstanding issues.

Compliance & Internal Controls

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership

Supervise, coach, and evaluate finance staff.

Assign workloads and monitor team performance.

Identify training and development needs.

Financial Reporting

Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.

Present financial performance and key metrics to management.

Support strategic planning through financial analysis.

Process Improvement

Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Participate in ERP or accounting system enhancements.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
