About the role
Job Qualification:
1. Graduate of any Engineering/Business Related Courses or equivalent to 3 years in Warehouse Management and QA
2. Can operate baling machine and heavy equipment
3. TESDA NCII HEO Certified
4. Basic knowledge on Office Productivity Tools
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that operations meet production standards in terms of:
a. Receiving of water per
b. Outgoing Deliveries
c. Storing
d. Sorting
e. Filing
f. Baling
2. Acts as the O.I.C. in the absence of BH.
3. Accomplishes QA Daily Report every end of the shift. Also ensuring that the crew submits also thier daily reports.
4. Ensures that orderliness inside the warehouse is properly followed and implemented based on company standards.
5. Recommends any necessary adjustments and changes to production/operation processes if needed.
6. Performs other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
7. Performs minor troubleshooting of Baling Machine
8. Can negotiate with suppliers regarding quality and moisture
9. Performs weighing activities
10. Performs basic Heavy Equipment Maintenance (e.g. change oil, basic maintenance and troubleshooting)
11. Assist AIC in Inventory reports
12. Assist in Marketing Activities
13. Conduct tool box meeting in absence of BC/BH
14. Acts as health & safety officer and ensures that health protocols are observed
15. Can performs IC functions
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
