About the Role
The Training Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth execution and coordination of all training programs under the Institute of AV Technology.
This role focuses on managing training logistics, participant coordination, documentation, and overall session readiness to ensure all programs are delivered efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative and training/event coordination tasks.
The position reports directly to the Institute Head / Operations Head and plays a key role in ensuring the success and consistency of all training programs.
Key Responsibilities 1. Training Administration & Coordination
Assist in organizing and preparing training sessions (onsite and online).
Coordinate participant registration, attendance, and documentation.
Prepare training materials, certificates, and program documentation.
Monitor minimum participant requirements and schedule updates.
Support equipment and venue preparation coordination (under supervision).
Ensure training sessions are executed smoothly without operational delays.
Must be available during scheduled training days, including occasional weekends if required.
2. Documentation & Records Management
Prepare proposals, quotations, billing documents, and reports.
Monitor collectibles and payment tracking using Google Sheets.
Maintain organized digital filing systems via Google Workspace.
Update training databases and enrollment records.
Maintain confidentiality of financial records, participant data, and internal documents.
Ensure documentation and billing records are accurate and updated weekly.
3. Marketing & Promotions
Assist in creating promotional posts and training announcements.
Coordinate with designers or interns for marketing materials.
Update course platforms (e.g., Thinkific) and website content.
Support email campaigns and inquiry responses.
Help promote new training modules and masterclasses.
Ensure consistent monthly promotional output aligned with training schedules.
4. Client & Partner Support
Respond to training inquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate follow-ups with clients and sponsors.
Assist in preparing partnership proposals and sponsorship documents.
Track client follow-ups and partnership status to ensure timely communication and closure.
5. Technical Support (Non-Engineering)
Assist in preparing demo equipment for training sessions.
Help set up basic AV equipment during training events.
Coordinate equipment lists and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain equipment checklists and post-training inventory documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding or interest in Audio-Visual Technology is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Canva, basic CRM tools, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
