Mothern Living Commercial Inc. is a homegrown modern living brand offering thoughtfully selected bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, sanitary ware, and home solutions designed for contemporary spaces.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate who can help grow our market presence by actively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients within assigned areas.

Identify and generate new sales leads through prospecting, referrals, site visits, and networking.

Present and promote Mothern Living products to homeowners, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and other potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Follow up inquiries, quotations, and potential sales opportunities until closing.

Assist clients in identifying products that suit their project requirements, preferences, and budget.

Coordinate with the showroom and management team regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and client requirements.

Maintain an updated record of leads, client visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall sales growth.

Represent Mothern Living professionally during client meetings, project visits, exhibits, and other business activities.

Qualifications

College graduate with relevant sales experience.

Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, construction materials, home improvement, sanitary ware, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and selling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Confident in approaching and communicating with potential clients.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Organized and able to manage leads and follow-ups independently.

Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.

Having a valid driver's license and access to a motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.
