JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for friendly, efficient and service-minded individuals to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. From greeting and seating to supporting servers and maintaining cleanliness, you’ll play a key role in the overall flow of our guests dining experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a positive, professional demeanor

Escort guests to their tables or bar seating, provide menus and answering initial questions

Maintain a clean, organized reception and entry area

Clear and reset tables by removing dirty dishes and tableware

Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs and other high-touch surfaces between seatings

Support servers by restocking wait stations with glassware, silverware, napkins and condiments

Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely, accurate order flow

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming and sanitizing high chairs and booster seats

Thank guests as they depart and assist in creating an elevated guest experience

Assist the front-of-house team as needed

Other duties as required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position reports to the Manager, Full-Service Dining & Banquets and does not require any direct supervisory duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES

Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred

Knowledge of proper food handling procedures

Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 25lbs

Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication and time management skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance

WORKING CONDITIONS

Hours of Operation are weather dependant. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks.

$17.85/hour + gratuities
