What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and talent needs.

Create and execute sourcing strategies using ATS tools, resume databases, social media, and professional networking platforms.

Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches and guide them through each stage of the hiring process.

Communicate clearly with candidates by sharing updates, setting expectations, and presenting opportunities in a compelling way.

Support hiring leaders with interview coordination, feedback, and competitive job offer recommendations.

Negotiate and close offers while addressing potential counter offers to secure the best talent.

Track and share progress through regular and clear reporting.

Recommend improvements to processes and practices to help us deliver consistent and excellent results.

Travel occasionally for client meetings, team events, or training sessions as needed.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.

Strong sourcing skills, including experience with ATS platforms, resume databases, and social recruiting.

Solid understanding of HR principles, compliance, and Ontario specific employment laws, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, advise, and engage at all levels.

A customer first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Strong Excel and reporting skills for tracking and presenting recruiting metrics.

Good problem solving skills and an eye for continuous improvement.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Pay Rate: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annually
