Marketsupport Canada is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual (preferred) Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on an 8-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing high-volume recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.

Position: Recruiter (Bilingual preferred)

Employment Type: Temporary Contract (8 Weeks)

Location: Hybrid – Mississauga, ON

Hours: Up to 30 hours per week

Compensation: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for brand ambassador and retail merchandising positions across Canada.

Source qualified candidates using Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct telephone and Zoom interviews.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Prepare and extend employment offers.

Complete onboarding activities, including employment documentation and new hire communications.

Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.

Deliver a professional, positive, and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.

Experience recruiting for retail or merchandising roles is an asset.

Comfortable conducting interviews using Zoom.

Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other job boards.

Experience using a TAM (ATS); familiarity with Zoho Sign is an asset.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Available to start immediately.
