Fırın sıcaklık ve pişirme sürelerini ürün çeşidine göre doğru ayarlamak,

Ürünlerin görsellik, tazelik ve kalite standartlarına uygun olarak tezgaha sunuma hazır hale getirilmesini sağlamak,

Üretim alanında hijyen, gıda güvenliği ve temizlik kurallarına titizlikle uymak,

Stok ve hammadde takibini yaparak fırın düzenini korumak.

Genel Nitelikler

Unlu mamuller ve mayalı ürün pişirimi konusunda tecrübeli (tercihen fırın/pastane sektöründe çalışmış),

Fırın kullanımı ve ürün pişirme tekniklerine hakim,

Hijyen kurallarına ve gıda güvenliğine önem veren,

Sabah erken saatlerdeki çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek,
