Enter the world of HUGO BOSS, where passion for quality meets innovation. As a Jersey Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that every product reflects the premium standards our brand is known for worldwide.

What you can expect:

Ensure the implementation and sustainability of quality standards throughout jersey production processes.

Collaborate closely with production teams and relevant stakeholders to support overall quality performance.

Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and customer feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Conduct root cause analyses of quality issues and support the implementation of sustainable corrective actions.

Ensure quality requirements are effectively integrated into new product, style, and production launch processes.

Maintain the effectiveness of quality control systems and working standards in line with customer expectations.

Actively contribute to quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.

Deliver training and awareness activities to promote a strong quality culture across operational teams.

Your profile:

At least 5 years of experience in quality management within textile manufacturing and jerseywear (knitwear) garment production.

Proven ability to effectively use process analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to align and guide cross-functional teams toward common objectives.

Experience in working with performance indicators and performance management metrics.
