What you will be doing:
The selected Financial Analyst II be based 5-days on-site at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Plant located in Montgomery, AL 36105. You will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, punctual and accurate financial information pertaining to factory operations. Key roles & responsibilities will include:
Operating duties
Company administrative expense review
Team expense reimbursement review and execution
Service billing and collection tracking and reporting
Month end close GL expense & accrual posting
Onboarding new Client Business Unit (CBU) administration
Reporting & analysis
Management of CBU allocation rates
Annual budget preparation and analysis of actual vs actual costs
Management of financial report population
Assist in maintaining Company approval matrix and travel policy
New business profit & loss review scenario
What we require from you:
Bachelor Degree in, Accounting, Finance or related field
Approx. 7+ years of finance and accounting work experience
Previous experience in an SAP environment is required
Oracle Fusion (Preferred)
Expert level in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000
