About the role
The Operations Analyst supports facility performance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data to drive efficiency, productivity, safety, quality, and cost improvements. This role partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, develop reporting tools, and provide actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
Compensation: $43.00 per hour
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from facility systems, production reports, labor tracking, inventory records, and other business sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports.
Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, safety, downtime, inventory, and cost metrics.
Prepare operational performance reports for leadership.
Conduct root cause analyses and support corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost analysis.
Validate data accuracy and maintain reporting systems.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
Two or more years of analytical or operations experience preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
