Delaware North Australia is hiring Team Leaders to join our dynamic team at the brand-new Hungry Jack’s opening in Terminal 3, Perth Airport! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team, helping shape the culture, standards, and success of a new outlet from day one.

As a Hungry Jack’s Team Leader, you'll inspire and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working in one of Australia’s busiest airports, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and bringing Hungry Jack’s cultural pillars to life every day.

What will you do?

Lead and supervise a team to deliver outstanding service

Train, mentor and develop team members to achieve operational goals

Uphold compliance with Hungry Jacks' operational and safety standards

Ensure adherence to company policies, including Food Safety and WHS requirements

Manage inventory and stock control, assisting in efficient day-to-day operations

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues professionally

More about you

Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality

A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude

The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting

Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture

Food Safety Certificate

A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's

Familiarity with Hungry Jacks’ cultural pillars

Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
