What will you do?
Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination
More about you
Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
