We are seeking passionate Section Waiters to join Doot Doot Doot, our award-winning one-hatted restaurant. Showcasing the best local produce with creativity, precision and a touch of the unexpected, Doot Doot Doot delivers a dining experience that is both refined and unforgettable.
Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, intuitive and memorable service throughout each guest experience.
Confidently manage your section, ensuring seamless and attentive service.
Develop a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to guide guest recommendations.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
Uphold Jackalope's commitment to excellence, attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
About You:
Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
A valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Flexible availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays.
