Warehouse Preparation / Manufacturing Team Member

This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in quality and efficiency. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse preparation, or production environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing materials and products for production and dispatch

Cutting, packing, labeling, and handling stock

Assisting with manufacturing and assembly processes

Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation

Following SOPs and workplace safety procedures

Supporting general warehouse and operational tasks

Quality checking finished products before dispatch

Working closely with the operations and production team

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling work

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Good teamwork and communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sewing skills highly regarded (industrial sewing experience is a bonus)

Forklift licence is a bonus but not required

Pay: $26.50 – $28.00 per hour
