Warehouse Assistant and Machine Operator

We are seeking a physically fit, detail-oriented Machine Assistant and Operator to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on operation of manufacturing machinery (CNC machines, high-frequency welding equipment), basic CAD design tasks, and the ability to drive company vehicles for material transport. Candidates must live near our facility to support on-site operations and respond promptly to workflow demands. Training is provided, but mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the stamina to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation & Maintenance:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and high-frequency welding equipment.

Perform routine safety inspections, lubrication, and troubleshooting of machinery.

Ensure quality control by adhering to production specifications.

Coordinate inventory and organise workspaces for efficiency.

CAD & Technical Support:

Assist with basic CAD design and technical drawings under supervision.

Interpret blueprints, manuals, and work orders to guide production processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must Haves:

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Physically fit to perform manual assistance when reauired

Willingness to learn CNC/welding operations and CAD software (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred:

Basic experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).

Prior exposure to manufacturing environments or machinery.

Students pursuing engineering, manufacturing, or trades are encouraged to apply.
