About the role
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team for a new restaurant opening in Surry Hills, called Shaffa. It's a Middle Eastern Restaurant.
4 years experience as qualified Chef.
Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef.
Experience in Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus.
Hand-on and collaborative approach to leading, training and inspiring a large team.
A creative and innovative flair for preparing a high-quality cuisine
Ability to remain calm under high pressure.
A comprehensive understanding of food safety requirements, including HACCP.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
