Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la Posición: Garantizar la máxima disponibilidad, eficiencia y seguridad de las líneas de producción mediante la optimización, programación y mantenimiento de los sistemas de control electrónico de los equipos.

Conocimientos:

Técnicos:

Programación de PLC / HMI: Dominio avanzado en plataformas líderes (ej. Allen-Bradley / Rockwell con Studio 5000, Siemens con TIA Portal).

Sistemas CNC: Dominio en interfaces y diagnóstico de CNC (Fanuc, Siemens Sinumerik, Okuma e Indramat) y su interacción con el PLC de la máquina.

Control de Movimiento: Configuración de servomotores, variadores de frecuencia (VFD) y drives.

Redes Industriales: Configuración de protocolos EtherNet/IP, PROFINET y PROFIBUS.

Robótica y Visión: Integración de robots de carga (Fanuc, JAKA, ABB) y sistemas de visión artificial (Cognex, Keyence,Apera).

Planos Eléctricos: Lectura avanzada e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos bajo normas IEC / NEMA (Manejo de AutoCAD Electrical o EPLAN).

Administrativos:

SAP.

Gestión de proyectos de Ingeniería.

Control de Costos y Presupuestos.

Documentación y Control de Cambios.

Gestión del Mantenimiento y Respaldos.

Escolaridad:

Título y Cédula en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica y/o afín.

Requisitos:

Ingles técnico, 70%.

Experiencia mínimo 5 años en procesos de maquinado y programación CNC.

Deseo de Superación.

Kardex sin incidencias.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años en puestos de Ingeniero de Controles de maquinado, preferentemente en la industria automotriz.
