Create manufacturing instructions, process flows, FMEA, and inspection methodologies for new products

What You'll Bring

Experience improving manufacturing processes using data analysis software (Minitab, JMP)

Proficiency with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software

Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and apply structured problem-solving (DOE, FMEA, 5-Why)

Hands-on experience with automation, sensors and PLC-controlled equipment in pilot or production environments

Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical mindset, and ability to translate observations into scalable process improvements

What we offer:

You will be working in our state-of-the-art Gigafactory where you’ll solve the world's most interesting problems with the best and brightest people who share a passion to change the world.
