Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Video Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production of compelling video content that reflects the organization's vision, programs, and global initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both script writing and video production, who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete video production lifecycle - from concept development and script writing to shooting, editing, post-production, and final delivery.

Develop creative concepts and write scripts for promotional videos, documentaries, interviews, event highlights, educational content, and social media campaigns.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, marketing teams, and creative professionals to produce high-quality video content.

Plan and oversee production schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with videographers, editors, graphic designers, voice-over artists, photographers, and external production agencies when required.

Direct video shoots, ensuring high production standards in framing, lighting, sound, and storytelling.

Review edits and provide creative feedback to ensure brand consistency and content quality.

Create platform-specific content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with organizational campaigns, events, and communication priorities.

Maintain and organize video assets, footage libraries, and production documentation.

Stay updated with emerging video production techniques, storytelling formats, and digital content trends.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3–7 years of professional experience in script writing and video production.

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end video production projects.

Strong portfolio showcasing scripted videos, documentaries, promotional films, interviews, or digital campaigns.

Excellent storytelling, script writing, and visual communication skills.

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and motion graphics tools is an advantage.

Understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio recording, and post-production workflows.

Familiarity with digital marketing, social media content strategies, and video analytics.

Experience working with creative agencies, production houses, or media organizations is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
