organization resource hierarchy of folders and projects.
Set up and manage Cloud Identity, IAM roles/policies, service accounts, workload identity,
and least-privilege access across the organization.
Define and enforce organization policies, guardrails, and governance to ensure secure and
compliant cloud usage.
Design and implement enterprise networking: Shared VPC, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud
DNS, hybrid connectivity via Cloud VPN / Cloud Interconnect, and private service access.
Implement security controls including Cloud KMS, VPC Service Controls, Security Command
Center, and centralized audit logging.
Provision and administer core services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud
SQL, and BigQuery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
(Cloud Build).
Set up billing, budgets, alerts, cost allocation, and drive FinOps / cost-optimization practices.
Configure centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using the Cloud
Operations Suite.
Establish backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies for critical workloads.
Onboard project teams, define self-service standards, and provide operational support and
troubleshooting.
Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures; support
audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements:

environments.
Proven, hands-on experience setting up enterprise GCP platforms / landing zones from
scratch (organization hierarchy, IAM, networking, security, and billing).
Strong expertise in GCP IAM, Cloud Identity, organization policies, and the resource
hierarchy.
Deep networking knowledge: Shared VPC, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud DNS, and hybrid
connectivity (VPN/Interconnect).
Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, Cloud KMS, VPC Service Controls, and
Security Command Center.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and with CI/CD tooling
(Cloud Build or similar).
Experience administering core compute, storage, database, and container services (Compute
Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL).
Proficiency with the Cloud Operations Suite (Logging, Monitoring, Alerting) and with
billing/cost management.
Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash and/or Python).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and/or Professional Cloud Security Engineer
certification.
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Network Engineer or Associate Cloud Engineer
certification.
Experience with GKE at scale, Anthos, or multi-cloud / hybrid architectures.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and cloud governance at
enterprise scale.

scanning.
