Role Overview
As a Software Developer - Automation, you will contribute to the design and delivery of automation solutions that support business and technical requirements. You will work across development, testing, documentation, and support activities to help deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement new or modified automation solutions.
Create technical designs and build components such as interfaces, conversions, reports, and workflows.
Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Business-IT Engagement teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Write, document, and maintain code and solution documentation.
Perform code reviews and support quality assurance activities.
Prepare development and test environments and support testing and bug fixes.
Work with the business to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Help reduce technical debt and improve existing automation solutions over time.
How You Will Do It
Own your deliverables with accountability and integrity, from solution design through deployment and support.
Work closely with Solution Delivery and Business-IT Engagement teams to clarify requirements early and remove blockers quickly.
Keep code quality, testing, and documentation strong so solutions are reliable and easy to maintain.
Improve every day by using feedback, problem-solving, and root-cause thinking to strengthen automation outcomes.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience developing automation solutions or business applications using RPA or Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Experience with tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.
Experience working with databases and data models, such as SQL Server, SharePoint, or Dataverse.
Ability to write clear technical documentation and support testing and defect resolution.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI, machine learning, chatbots, or intelligent document processing.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Microsoft Power Platform or RPA-related certifications.
Python experience for automation or AI-related work.
