Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI solutions using Python and LLMs

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AI systems

Implement and integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services

Evaluate and monitor the performance of AI models

Optimize cost and efficiency of AI solutions

Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements

Engage in client and stakeholder interactions to gather requirements and provide updates

Job Requirement:

MTech, MCA, BTech, BE, ME or equivalent qualification

4-6 years of hands-on experience with Python

Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)

Proficiency in agent-based AI workflows

Solid understanding of prompt design, tool/function calling, RAG and vector search concepts

Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services

Ability to think at both implementation and architecture levels

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno or similar

Exposure to multi-agent systems

Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, or guardrails

Understanding of LLM cost management and optimisation

Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments

Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience
