Qualification: Minimum third level Certificate qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety (HETAC Level 7 or Equivalent)
Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant to the role
Role Overview:
Lead the review and drafting of PQQ and Tender Submission regarding Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality for multi-disciplinary projects with Civil, Structural and MEICA elements
Can understand fully Tender documentation and its job specific requirements, with tailored responses to each project in line with company policy and client expectations
Provide input to the Construction/Technical Teams in relation to projects and key requirements/constraints on how the project outcomes will be achieved
Attend site visits in relation to potential and current projects
Review and develop existing process’s/procedures and ensure they are up to date with current legislation/requirements.
Assist with the development/mentoring of other staff
Have thorough knowledge of current environmental, health and safety legislation
Assist with driving and developing the companies Sustainability procedures and reporting
Ability to work on own initiative and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Excellent organisational and reporting/writing skills including MS Office and Powerpoint.
