Due to our continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our front-of-house team immediately.

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join us on either a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Hospitality: Welcoming customers, guiding them to their tables, and providing an exceptional dining experience.

Menu Knowledge: Taking orders accurately and confidently explaining our authentic Pakistani and Indian menu items, including dietary options or spice levels.

Food & Beverage Service: Serving delicious dishes and beverages promptly and efficiently.

Table Management: Setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Point of Sale: Processing payments accurately using our till system.

Helping in Kitchen: During quiet periods, you will cross-train and assist the kitchen team with prep, cleaning, and organization to ensure a smooth transition into the next rush.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a hospitality role is highly valued, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to thrive and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.

Excellent teamwork and reliability.

Availability: Must be ready for an immediate start.
