Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, proffesional, and attentive service.

Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.

Accurately take and enter guest orders.

Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.

Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and Front of House team members to ensure smooth service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
