Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance student engagement, retention, and success across campus.
Manage the organizational budget dedicated to student services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Lead a team of staff and faculty members responsible for student support services, disciplinary actions, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws and regulations governing student conduct, safety, and privacy.
Provide instructional leadership in education by fostering innovative programs that support academic achievement and personal development.
Oversee personnel management in education by recruiting, training, evaluating, and mentoring staff members.
Collaborate with university leadership to align student affairs initiatives with institutional goals and policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in school administrative leadership or university experience with a focus on student affairs or related fields.
Administrative licensure or enrolled in program to pursue certification.
Strong management skills with a track record of team management and staff supervision in educational settings.
Expertise in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and educational law compliance at the state level.
Demonstrated leadership in education administration with a focus on instructional leadership in education environments.
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to motivate diverse teams and build collaborative relationships.
Background in teaching or higher education roles that showcase a commitment to academic excellence.
Ability to navigate complex personnel management scenarios within educational institutions while maintaining a positive campus climate.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
