Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively.
Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial controls using HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating tools to optimize resource allocation.
Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
Supervise construction teams on-site, managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are met.
Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and clients, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to local construction regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in civil or heavy civil work.
Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project scheduling tools.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction processes from ground-breaking to project completion.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
