Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes early childhood education, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills in literacy, math, and physical activity. Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports the social and emotional development of young children.
Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
Implement curriculum development strategies that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and early intervention techniques.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior management strategies, and developmental milestones.
Assess child development through observation and standardized testing to tailor instruction to individual needs.
Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure child welfare at all times.
Skills
Strong knowledge of childhood development instruction and early childhood education principles.
Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and sensory play.
Familiarity with special education needs and early intervention strategies for diverse learners.
Excellent communication skills for parent communication and team collaboration.
Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety during school hours.
Experience with Montessori methods or other preschool teaching philosophies is a plus.

Pay: $45,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
