Für den Bereich Employer Branding suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Referent Employer Branding (m/w/x) am Standort Ulm als Elternzeitvertretung befristet auf zwei Jahre.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Organisation von Employer Branding- und Social-Media-Aktivitäten, u.a. Kampagnenmanagement

Selbstständige Erstellung von grafischen Print- und Digitalanzeigen, sowie von Bild- und Videomaterial

Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung von Onboarding-Themen, u.a. Welcome-Event

Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Durchführung von Messen und Veranstaltungen

Vorbereitung, weiterer Roll-Out und Weiterentwicklung der Employer Value Proposition (EVP)

Unterstützung bei der internen Unternehmenskommunikation

Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Ad-Hoc Special-Recruiting-Maßnahmen

Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Dienstleistern

Eigenständige Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen für das Management

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Marketing-Kommunikation, Medien- und Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbar

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Employer Branding oder Personalmarketing

Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Planung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen in der internen und externen Unternehmenskommunikation

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), DaVinci Resolve vorteilhaft

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
