People & Culture Advisor – Auckland

As a People & Culture Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role partnering with our operational leaders across New Zealand, delivering practical P&C advice and support in a fast-paced, hands-on setting. You'll be visible on site, building genuine relationships and providing high quality advice and support where it matters most.
What You'll Do:
Provide expert P&C and ER advice to business leaders and employees
Lead and support investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
Prepare employment agreements, variations, and a range of P&C documentation
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaign management, including onboarding and offboarding functions
Coach leaders to build capability in people management, ER, and best‑practice
Support workforce planning, succession discussions, and organisational development initiatives
Contribute to policy development, review, and implementation
Uphold safe work practices and support wellbeing initiatives
Assist with engagement activities and business initiatives
Drive continuous improvement across P&C processes, systems, and employee experience
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years’ experience in HR or employment relations
Strong knowledge of NZ employment law and confident handling of ER issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage tough conversations
Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong admin and computer skills
Relevant HR or employment relations qualification
