Mo te tunga | About the role
We are looking for a proactive and competent administration superstar to join our Offender Employment Administration Team as well as our Legal Services Team.
While a large part of your role will be processing invoices using the department's SAP financial modules, you will also undertake a variety of tasks including running surveys, excel reporting design, PowerPoint presentations, event management support, travel and accommodation bookings and a variety of other general administration tasks.
Important information for this role: Your role will work across two teams, one of these teams is based in our National Office in Wellington Central, and the other is based at our Regional Administration Building in Trentham. You will mainly be based within the team in National Office, however flexibility and adaptability to help the team in Trentham is also required.

To be successful in this role you need:
Experience in providing efficient and effective business administration support.
Experience in organising events.
Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with a diverse cross section of people across a range of organisational levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Strong knowledge of administrative processes, systems and technology.
Ability to understand interrelated systems(finance and legal)
Attention to detail and strong prioritisation and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive approach with a can do attitude.
Good problem solving skills.
Ability to analyse data and to draw conclusions
To have diary management skills
SAP experience
Knowledge of Microsoft 365(Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with SharePoint

The salary range for this role is $64,717 - $68,434 per annum across 2 levels. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.

This Other role pays $65k-$68k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in New Zealand.
