The Transformation and Delivery Practice is responsible for shaping and delivering ASB’s strategic change portfolio. With more than 400 specialists across Business Analysis, Change Management, Project Management, and other delivery disciplines, the practice partners with teams across ASB to bring strategy to life, improve the way we work, and create better outcomes for our customers and people.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll help shape better outcomes for our customers by turning complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions. Working across a range of strategic initiatives, you'll bring curiosity, critical thinking, and commercial insight to help teams make informed decisions and deliver meaningful change.
Key responsibilities
Deliver impactful business analysis - Understand customer, business, and stakeholder needs, identifying opportunities that create value and support better outcomes.
Navigate complexity with confidence - Translate between business needs and technical solutions, helping teams make informed decisions in complex environments.
Build trusted relationships - Partner effectively with stakeholders across ASB, creating alignment and fostering collaboration to deliver results.
Think strategically - Connect the detail to the bigger picture, identifying key insights, risks, and opportunities that support successful delivery.
Contribute to our BA community - Share knowledge, mentor others, and actively contribute to the growth and development of the Business Analysis Chapter.

You are an adaptable, positive, and experienced professional with a demonstrated ability to think critically and enable great customer outcomes. Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders using all forms of communication. You are known for your collaborative, and empowering approach to complex work.
To be considered for this role you must bring at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate complex business environments, and deliver successful outcomes within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Experience in Lending Transformation, Lending Compliance, Cards, or Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) will be desirable, though not essential.
