About the role:
The Core Tribe is the heart of the bank providing all the cool online / real-time transactional services that power ASB. As a Technical Analyst, you will be supporting the SAP squads on a large migration project.
Your everyday tasks will include these:
Create and refine user stories for the SAP team of developers, functionals and testers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a collective understanding of the business/customer problem or opportunity to determine customer and business requirements.
Capture business process flow for current state analysis and future state change management.
Transform requirements to user stories, refine and prioritise for sprint planning.
Collaborate with the squad to ensure the technical solution deliver to requirements.
Assist define, design and deliver goals, success measures including setting targets based on discovery analysis findings.
Collaborate with the squad to ensure the front end and back end technical solutions support the user experience design.
Continuously look for opportunities to optimise customer/staff journeys using optimisation techniques, data, and analytics.
Support our Product Owners (POs) with change management and release management.
Support our POs to facilitate and drive squad ceremonies and Increment planning.
Support our POs to capture, gather, prepare, and present squad metrices.
About you:
Experienced SAP professional, with the ability to conduct general analysis, e.g. root cause analysis, data analysis, customer verbatim analysis etc.
Ability to manage stakeholders and difficult conversations.
Ability to develop and deliver software to production and have a deep understanding of what it takes to do it smoothly and successfully.
Proven ability to deliver strong customer and business outcomes.
Testing background – advantage, but not a must.
Can do attitude and growth & learning mindset.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and ability to run Agile ceremonies.
Proficient is design methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Ability to navigate challenging situations & people and achieve the desired outcomes.
SAP Banking Services (TRBK) knowledge is an advantage.
Outcomes you are responsible for:
Collect and prepare Business Requirements for all changes/initiatives and receive signoffs from all required stakeholders.
Conduct analysis within the Technical Analysis chapter standards to deliver customer outcomes.
Ensure Functional and Non-Functional requirements are captured and delivered.
Ensure any UI changes are designed with end user in mind and adopt HCD methodology.
Explore and track opportunities to optimise customer/staff journeys to maximise customer outcomes. Deliver optimal and efficient User Experience.
Support end users to be ready to accept the impact of the release (change management).
Deliver efficiency within the squad, using your analysis skills to ensure the work is ready, refined, precise and delivered to requirements.
Run increment and squad ceremonies when required.
Support the PO with prioritisation and sequencing of work and manage comms to team and stakeholders.
