Our training program introduces you to our actuarial techniques and data analytics programs, which are supported through a 12 month technical skills training program. As you grow with us, we also focus on developing the broader skills and capabilities that will support your career progression not only as an actuary, but as a well-rounded consulting professional.

Our generous study support program encourages our people to formally qualify as actuaries. Our staff currently pass exams at double the average rate. Our onsite experts take the time to share their knowledge and insights to help you get through these exams.

Here's what we're looking for:

You are in your final year of Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Science or Statistics Studies, with a strong academic record

Strong technical ability

Innovative thinking and an enquiring mind

Confidence in communicating with colleagues and clients

Someone who enjoys problem solving

A well-rounded individual with interests outside of studies

A passion for the general insurance industry
